Middlebury  is an exceptional facility. We’ve unexpectedly had to place our 95 year old grandmother there for rehabilitation as she recovers from double pneumonia. Previously, Grandma lived by herself, in her own home with a little assistance from family and a housekeeper and a visiting companion on a daily basis. She very suddenly became sick after Thanksgiving- was discharged from the hospital- and we needed to find a place for her to rehabilitate.

Grandma is receiving exceptional care, in a very nice facility, with a much more personalized, caring, and extremely professional environment. The nursing and personal care staff have been superior! Personalized care, combined with a genuine love and attention to detail, have all given us and my grandmother tremendous comfort.

Additionally, all of this superior care is provided in an a well maintained and immaculately clean facility. We leave Grandma there each night after she is tucked into bed knowing that she is well cared for, and loved as part of the wonderful family at Middlebury. We are grateful to have had them available to us at a very difficult time.

Had the opportunity to work here many years ago, and I must say that staff takes good care of their residents. From CNA’s to nurses to the DON, I have only good things to say about this place. Small nursing home but the care was and I am sure still is 10/10.
